-        A Career Ministry need not be expensive, and need not wait until the next budget cycle

-        Start now: provide space & name a time, the interested people will be drawn to show up.

-        If the church has a budget to help out, it just makes it better:

o       Copying hand outs

o       Articles and announcements in the bulletin

o       Refreshments

o       Postage for organizational purposes

o       Pastor connections in the community

-        Speakers don't usually want to be paid for their time.  CTSMinistries is building a speaker pool to draw on.
