Our weekly workshops cover evaluation of personality to career matching, resume details and workings, cover letter dynamics, personal marketing plans, networking education, search techniques, the strategies of interview planning and practice, entrepreneurship, and much more. Workshops average 28-30 participants per week. Cornerstone also has a one-one one coaching service for anyone who wishes to go through a “mock” interview. This service is free but because of the time involved it is done by a pre-arranged appointment only. The coaches take the candidate through an interview experience which is taped as it is conducted. Then the candidate and both coaches immediately give feedback while watching the video with the candidate. The church has paid for the video equipment for this ministry so the technology is new. Several who have gotten good jobs after completing our CTSM workshop series have stated that the mock interview helped them immensely in preparing for real interview experiences.

We also do what is called a "One-On-One" workshop. This is where we bring together many of our experts together with the jobseeker. The experts sit at several tables in the room and the jobseeker can choose to go to any of the experts and discuss whatever he/she chooses one-on-one with that expert... such as reviewing a resume or talking about interviewing or networking or skills assessment.
